wonderful stay!

perfect location kind staff cozy room good variety
the location was perfect, so close to major attractions. the staff were so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had. my room was very clean and cozy, and i appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea. breakfast had good variety!
The sound isolation wasn't the best. I could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.

The room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings. It included climate control that worked very efficiently. the noise-proof windows made for a peaceful evening. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided complimentary toiletries.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially aziz! he assisted me with several issues, and i appreciated his professionalism. the staff were available at all hours. They provided tailor.

clean room central location breakfast variety
the room was a beautiful double room balcony sea view, and it was very clean. the location was convenient, close to the main attractions. breakfast had a great variety of options. staff were helpful with directions and suggestions.
the bathroom was quite small. the shower space was limited. i would have liked a larger bathroom for better comfort.

the facilities were well kept, and the common areas were tidy. i noticed fresh flowers in the lobby. the elevator operated smoothly. the entrance had easy access. but the view was amazing!

helpful staff breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet was quite excellent. There was a very nice selection of food, and I particularly enjoyed the almond honey cookie. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff were always available when needed! They were helpful.

unhygienic toilet missed cleaning
The cleanliness standards NEED improvement. I noticed hairs in the toilet upon arrival. This was quite unhygienic. The staff promised to clean it the next day, though they failed because the 'do not disturb' button was accidentally pressed!

the breakfast had good options. i especially liked the almond honey cookie. the staff were always available, and they seemed helpful. the location was great for accessing sultanahmet's attractions.
I noticed the absence of my jacket after the room cleaning. It was a new leather jacket. i had left the jacket in the wardrobe. i messaged the hotel but received no reply. this was disappointing.
